Upcoming Meetings:
Thank you to everyone who attended our virtual Back to School Community Meeting on Tuesday, August 24. BPS has scheduled two additional community meetings to provide families with additional opportunities to learn about our plans for the new school year.
Please join us on Thursday, September 2 and Tuesday, September 7. Both meetings are from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. During the meetings we will review the frequently asked questions during our first meeting, discuss back to school health and safety protocols, COVID-19 vaccination resources and provide other updates. Interpretation services for the future meetings will be provided in Arabic, Cabo Verdean Creole, Cantonese, Haitian Creole, Mandarin, Portuguese, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
The meetings will be hosted on Zoom and offer 5,000 spaces for participation.
The meetings will offer a live question and answer session.
We will also stream the meeting live on YouTube. (The live stream on YouTube will only be available in English and not include the opportunity to ask questions)
BPS will post the video of the meeting in its entirety in all available languages shortly after each meeting.
